TSR Mobile Detailing ("TSR," "we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing across the Texas Hill Country. This policy explains what information we collect through tsrmobiledetailing.com and our booking, consultation, chat and text messaging tools, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book an appointment, request a consultation, start a chat, call or text us, you may provide:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address where you want the service performed
- Details about your vehicle (year, make, model, condition) and the service you want
- Any notes, photos or messages you choose to send
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect limited technical data, such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures visits without cookies and without identifying you personally.
How we use your information
- To schedule, confirm, perform and follow up on your service
- To send appointment confirmations, reminders and rescheduling notices
- To send service updates, such as arrival times and changes to your appointment
- To send review requests after a completed service
- To prepare quotes for paint correction, ceramic coating and other services
- To send occasional offers, only to customers who opt in to receive them
- To improve our website and services and to keep them secure
Text messaging (SMS)
We send text messages only to customers who opt in, by checking the text message consent box when booking at tsrmobiledetailing.com/book or requesting a consultation at tsrmobiledetailing.com/consult, or by agreeing to receive texts in the chat on our website. Providing your phone number alone does not sign you up for texts. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling notices, service updates and review requests after a completed service. If you check the separate marketing box, you may also receive occasional service offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See the Text messaging section of our Terms of Service for program details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business:
- Service providers that operate our tools on our behalf, including GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for booking, forms and chat, Stripe for card payments, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, and Elfsight for the Google reviews and Instagram displays on the site. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared, as stated above.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of TSR, our customers or others
- A business transfer, if TSR is ever sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information
Third-party content
Our site displays content from Google (reviews and fonts), Instagram and TikTok, and links to those platforms. When that content loads or you follow a link, those companies may collect information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Payments
We accept credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo and Zelle. Card payments are processed by Stripe. When you book online, your card may be securely saved with Stripe and charged when the service is complete. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this website or by TSR. Venmo and Zelle payments are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.
How long we keep information
We keep customer and appointment records for as long as needed to provide service, keep a service history for returning customers, and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop text messages
- Ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to stop contacting you for marketing

Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
